In a recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University , it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 people so treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain.

Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol. I'm going to start using a tub of Cinnamon Honey Butter a week.

Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

Orang China ni bukan saje pandai buat telur tiruan malah depa ni dok pandai buat daging lembu tiruan jugak.  
Yang gelinye, menggunakan DAGING BABI
Di sana, harga daging lembu dua kali lebih mahal daripada daging babi. Jadi mereka pakat tipu semua orang dengan menjadikan daging babi seolah-olah daging lembu. Dalam masa 90 minit saja, daging babi yang digoreng menjadi sesedap daging lembu. 
Macam mana mereka buat? Mereka menggunakan “beef extract” yang dijual dalam bentuk botol dan berleluasa di sana. Mereka gaulkan daging babi dengan rempah tersebut, dan wallah! Daging babi yang dihidang rasanya seperti daging lembu. 
Orang ramai pun tak dapat bezakan daging lembu tiruan tersebut. Dalam jangka masa panjang ia boleh menyebabkan cancer. Adakah teknologi ini sudah tiba di negara Malaysia? Anda tentukan.

Pada 22.12.2010 yang lalu saya telah menerima email dari seorang sahabat baik. Pada awalnya saya kurang yakin dengan email berantai yang sering kita terima dan kita tidak pasti kebenarannya. Jika kita menghantar (forward) email yang tidak sahih akan timbul satu fitnah yang berpanjangan. Kekadang email yang kita terima sudah diubahsuai (edit) oleh pihak tidak bertanggung jawab.
 
Sebelum saya forward email dibawah saya cuba mencari bukti kebenarannya. Pada 26.12.2010 saya telah membeli gula-gula Clorets Infinity” seperti yang diberitahu di kedai serbanika yang dimaksudkan. Bila dibuka penutup, saya terus beristiffar, ternyata dan apa yang saya dapati email dibawah ini adalah benar. Begitulah caranya orang kafir latnattulah menyebarkan ajaran sesat untuk menyembah syaitan secara senyap/halus.
 
Jika tidak diambil peduli ini bermakna, jika kita orang islam membeli produk Clorets, sudah pastilah sedikit sebanyak kita menyumbang dana ke agama sesat tersebut. Dan, secara tidak langsung atau tidak sengaja di dalam poket manusia terutamanya orang-orang islam akan terdapat salib di dalam poketnya walaupun dia sedang solat jika ianya tidak mengetahui. Ini salah satu sebab kenapa kita tidak khusyuk bila mengerjakan solat atau ibadah lain kerana kita sering menggunakan produk yang tidak tentu asal usulnya, tidak halal yang kita gunakan atau makan.
 
Pandainya tindakan orang-orang kristian menyebarkan agamanya kepada manusia dan kita orang islam semua tahu, mereka semua adalah golongan orang-orang yang sesat di sisi ALLAH SWT.
 
Mulai hari, sama ada di dalam poket, kereta atau di rumah kita yang mempunyai produk gula-gula Clorets buangkan kedalam tong sampah. Kita orang-orang islam berjanji untuk BOIKOT (tidak membeli/mengguna) produk clorets atau sekutunya.

Nabi s.a.w. pernah bersabda "Jangan potong roti dengan pisau, hormatilah roti itu dengan memotong dengan tanganmu kerana Allah menghormati roti itu".


Jintan Manis (anisun)

Jintan manis banyak khasiatnya ianya melegakan kesakitan dalam badan, melancarkan aliran keluar haid, membanyakkan susu dan membuang gas dalam usus. Ianya juga boleh digunakan dalam bentuk serbuk dan disapu disekeliling mata bagi menguatkan pandangan mata.


Epal (tuffah)

Epal yang masam lebih sejuk daripada yang manis. Ianya juga boleh menguatkan organ hati.


Asparagus (hiyawn)

Asparagus berkhasiat bagi membuka sekatan pada buah pinggang dan memudahkan kelahiran anak.


Pisang (mawz)

Pisang boleh menyejukkan badan dan ianya boleh dimakan dengan madu lebah.

Mentega khasiatnya memanas dan melembapkan. Baik untuk menghilangkan sembelit. Mentega yang dicampurkan dengan kurma dan madu sejenis makanan yang menghilangkan rasa mengidam pada perempuan hamil.


Bunga kubis (qunnabit)

Sayuran ini sukar dihadam dan bahaya untuk penglihatan.
Chamomile (babunaj)
Kegunaan chamomile ialah melancarkan aliran haid dan kencing. Ianya juga sangat berguna untuk memanaskan badan.


Lobak merah

Kegunaannya memanaskan badan. Ianya juga melancarkan aliran haid dan air kencing.


Biji kopi (qahwah)

Sebagai ubat penyakit buang air besar berdarah, menghilangkan dahaga dan dikatakan menimbulkan kebijaksanaan.


Biji hitam (habb al sauda)

Dilaporkan bahawa Nabi s.a.w. pernah bersabda "Jadilah seperti biji habb al sauda kerana biji ini ubat semua penyakit kecuali kanser dan mati". Adalah dilaporkan juga bahawa Allah Taala menunjukkan bahawa "ia" itu ialah hab al sauda menghapuskan angin dalam usus dan demam. Baik untuk merawat 'leukoderma' dan membuka saluran urat yang halus. Berguna untuk menghilangkan penyakit selesema.


Ayam (dajaj)

Memudahkan penghadaman. membetulkan imbangan badan, baik untuk otak dan badan, serta mencantikkan rupa paras. Walau bagaimanapun jika dimakan terlalu banyak boleh menyebabkan penyakit sendi dan yang terbaik ialah daging ayam betina yang tidak bertelur.


Kulit kayu manis (darchini)

Kulit kayu manis juga merupakan pemanas badan. Minyaknya sebagai penawar untuk menghapuskan rasa tidak hadam. Ia merupakan campuran (rempah ratus) yang digunakan dalam resepi masakan hampir tiga suku penduduk dunia. Limau kulit tebal, warna kuning pucat, kurang mengandungi asid (utrujj) Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. pernah bersabda, "Limau ini adalah seperti mukmin:bagus dirasa dan bagus dihidu". Limau ini menguatkan organ hati serta dapat menjauhkan kesedihan dan bintik-bintik pada kulit, menghapuskan kelaparan dan melambatkan pengaliran dalam hempedu.


Timun (qitta')

Yang masak menghilangkan panas dan menggalakkan pembuangan air kecil. Makan kurma dengan timun muda menambahkan berat badan.


Jintan putih (kammun)

Jintan putih khasiatnya untuk memanaskan badan. Jintan putih yang direndam di dalam air dan diminum adalah baik untuk mengubat perut yang memulas.


Tamar kering (tamr)

Nabi s.a.w. pernah bersabda, "Rumah yang tiada tamar atau kurma adalah rumah yg tiada bermakanan". Nabi s.a.w. sendiri pernah menanam kurma atau tamar. Kurma hendaklah dimakan dengan badam untuk menghapuskan parut yang tidak diingini.


Terung (badhijan)

Terung hitam menyebabkan keluarnya hempedu. Kecenderungan benda ini mengeluarkan hempedu dapat dibetulkan dengan memakannya bersama daging.


Telur (baydah)

Khasiat telur yang paling baik boleh kita dapati daripada telur ayam (setengah masak atau ?masak) bukan direbus keras. Putih telur melegakan apabila kita melecur atau kulit terbakar dan menghilangkan parut pada kulit.


"Endive" (hindiba)

Khasiat hindiba berubah mengikut musim. Hindiba' pada awal musim adalah yang paling baik dan yang dipenghujungnya sudah tidak berkhasiat lagi. Hadith menyatakan "makanlah hindiba dan janganlah bersendawa kerana sesungguhnya tidak ada satu hari pun titisan air syurga tidak jatuh ke atas hindiba".


Fenugreek (Hulbah)

Nabi s.a.w. pernah bersabda "jika umatku tahu apa yang ada pada hulbah, mereka pasti membeli dan membayarnya dengan emas". Antara khasiat hulbah membantu pengaliran haid dan berguna untuk menyembuhkan sakit perut(memulas).

According to the Krispy Kreme website, an average 3.5 ounce sugar doughnut weighs in with about 400 calories and contains few other nutrients besides fat. These sugary treats may satisfy your craving but it won't
satisfy your hunger as most of the calories come from fat.

'Eating a lot of refined sugar contributes to blood sugar 'swings' or extreme fluctuations, ' eDiets Chief Nutritionist Susan Burke said.


2. Cheeseburger with fries 




The age-old classic may be delicious but think twice before sinking your teeth into that Big Mac. The saturated fat found in cheese burgers has been linked to heart attacks, strokes and some types of cancer. 

'In fact, fast-food portions are gargantuan, almost double the calories per meal compared to 20 years ago,'
Susan says.. 'Twenty years ago the average fast-food cheeseburger had about 300 calories. Today's BK Whopper with cheese has 720. To burn the excess 420 calories, you'd have to run for 40 minutes. For example, in 1985 a medium French fry had 240 calories, 2.4 ounces. Today's 'medium' is 6..9 ounces and 610 calories.

'This fast-food meal of cheeseburger and fries has way too many calories and fat grams, not to mention grams of saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol and sodium.'

Let's break down this meal. First, take the white-flour bun (refined carbohydrates) , then add some processed cheese (saturated fat and trans fat, plus lots of additives and preservatives) and then top off with fried red meat (cholesterol and saturated fats). And let's not forget about the condiments such as the always fattening mayonnaise.


Not sounding so appetizing anymore, huh? Oh, and let's not forget about the infamous side dish. You cheeseburger will most likely come with a side of French fries, which is sadly the most popular vegetable dish in the U.S. Don't kid yourself, French fries are not vegetables, they are extremely high in fat and contain a tiny amount of nutrients.

3. Fried Chicken and Chicken Nuggets 




With the recent class-action lawsuit between The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and KFC, the health risks posed by fried foods are becoming more public. The CSPI is suing the food chain for their use of cooking oil containing unhealthy trans fats. The lawsuit seeks to order KFC to use other types of cooking oils 
and to inform customers how much trans fats KFC's food contains.

Foods cooked in highly heated oils (most notably partially hydrogenated oil) have been known to cause cancer, weight gain and other serious health risks if ingested regularly. A 10-piece chicken McNugget from McDonald's has 420 calories, 24 grams of fat and 1120 milligrams of sodium. One Extra Crispy Chicken Breast from KFC has around 420 calories and eight grams of saturated fat. So unless you want to super size yourself, it's best to
make a clean break with fried foods.

Sure they are convenient and easy, but boy are they unhealthy! These kid-marketed lunchesare loaded with saturated fat and sodium. They usually contain highly processed meats and cheeses, white flour crackers and sugary treats. Lunchables get two-thirds of their calories from fat and sugar. And they provide lopsided nutrition since they contain no fruits or vegetables.

'They insidiously promote obesity by making kids think that lunch normally comes in a cellophane-wrapped box,'
Susan says. 'Parents are promoting their children's obesity by buying these items. They're expensive, too. Pack a sandwich and save dollars and health...'



5. Sugary Cereal 


Not all cereals are created equally.. And while your kids might beg for the latest cookie or marshmallow
chocolate surprise cereals, it is a safe bet they are about as healthy as a dessert. Keywords to look out for are puffed, dyed and sweetened.

Most kids' cereals are so highly processed they no longer look like the grains they were originally made from.
A healthy alternative is oatmeal. Although, if you are buying pre-packaged oatmeal make sure to check the label and see how much sugar it contains, you might be surprised.

'A little sugar isn't a problem but when the first ingredient on the box is sugar, then watch out,' she said.
'There is no fruit in Froot Loops. But the unsweetened original Cheerios or Rice Krispies are fine, and
you can sweeten them naturally with blueberries and strawberries
. '


6. Processed Meats. 


What falls under the category of processed meats? Hot dogs, sausage, jerky, bacon, certain lunch meats and meats used in canned soup products. Almost all processed meats have sodium nitrite added as a preservative. 

A recent study conducted at the University of Hawaii found that sodium nitrite can act as 'a precursor to highly carcinogenic nitrosamines -- potent cancer-causing chemicals that accelerate the formation and
growth of cancer cells throughout the body.' So eliminate these meats from your diet before they eliminate you!



7. Canned soup. 


Sometimes regarded as a healthy food, soups can be very deceiving. You must stay on your guard because many canned soups have high levels of trans fats, sodium and artificial preservatives such as MSG. Just one serving (which is roughly one cup) can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt.
Also, steer clear of soups that are cream-based, they can be high in calories and fat.

Susan says it is important to 'read labels from back to front. Ignore the health claims, and instead focus on the ingredients and serving size. Watch out for hydrogenated fat (trans fat) and sodium.
If you're buying bread to go with you soup, the first ingredient should be whole grain -- either whole wheat, rye or other grain. If it just says 'wheat bread,' that doesn't mean whole wheat.'
